A tricycle (keke) driver in Aba, Abia State, named Mr. Lucky Okoro, has gained widespread praise for returning a sum of four million naira (₦4,000,000) that a passenger mistakenly left behind in his keke on Thursday, June 26, 2025.

According to reports, the passenger, a Cameroonian businesswoman, forgot her bag containing the large sum after Okoro dropped her off at the Ariaria area. When Okoro discovered the money, he diligently searched for her, eventually finding her crying in despair. Despite being from a humble background and reportedly needing a new keke, he returned the entire sum intact, even helping her secure accommodation for the night.

Okoro, a Jehovah's Witness, stated that some of his colleagues called him a "mugu" (fool) for his honesty, but he expressed happiness in doing the right thing and upholding his faith. This act of integrity has since gone viral across Nigeria, with many commending his actions.

That's a fantastic story of integrity!
